Terms & Conditions
Pricing & Payment
Service pricing is subject to change at any time. Discounted consultations are only available at the lower price during the specified time of sale.
Upon purchasing a service or product from Moss Naturopathy, you consent to the collection of specific payment and billing information by our third-party partners. This information may encompass, but is not restricted to, your name, credit card number, security code, expiration date, billing address, and postal code.
Booking
Bookings can be made online via the bookings page. A confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Upon booking, payment is required and billing data will be collected by third-party partners. You will receive SMS appointment reminders leading up to the booking.
Client Intake Form
Moss Naturopathy kindly asks new clients to complete their Initial Client Intake form at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. Client Intake forms are sent via email upon booking an initial appointment. If the intake form isn't completed before the appointment, it will need to be filled out during the consultation. To uphold fairness to fellow clients, additional time cannot be allocated for lost time, and the full consultation fee will apply.
Appointment Changes
Clients may reschedule their Consultation up to 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment by emailing mossnaturopathy@gmail.com. Rescheduling appointments within the 24 hours prior to the consultation will be based on the client’s discretion, and may result in 50% of the fee. Failure to attend a Consultation will result in a booking forfeit of 100% of the fee. If for any reason your practitioner cannot attend an appointment due sickness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be advised as soon as possible and given the option of rescheduling or a full refund.
Cancellation
If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time. This will allow us to offer the vacant slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. You will be charged 50% of appointment fee if you provide less than 24 hours notice and 100% of the fee if you provide less than 3 hours notice. This is to cover the time and resources allocated for your appointment, as well as to minimize the impact on business. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Client Behaviour
Kindly show consideration for the staff, facilities, and procedures at all times. Any instances of aggressive or inappropriate conduct, remarks, or actions will not be accepted. Should the practitioner deem it necessary, the consultation may be terminated immediately, resulting in the client being responsible for the full consultation fee.
