  • 20 minutes | $50

    For new or existing clients with acute health complaints seeking symptomatic relief for issues such as acute stress, short-term sleep problems, hay fever, UTIs, and immune support. A herbal and/or nutritional remedy will be prescribed.

    An extended return consultation is highly recommended 2-3 weeks after an acute consultation.

  • 60 minutes | $150

    A comprehensive health discussion for new clients, delving into your current health symptoms and concerns. We will talk about your health history, review relevant body systems, diet, current lifestyle, and recent pathology results (if any) to determine the root cause of your symptoms.

    Anjou will provide insights into your health situation, empowering you to make lasting, sustainable adjustments that align with your lifestyle.

    At the end of the consultation, you will receive a comprehensive treatment plan that is tailored to your unique presentation. This will include dietary and lifestyle recommendations as well as information on how to take your prescribed herbal and/or nutritional supplements. You may also receive a referral for pathology testing if required.

  • 40 minutes | $95

    This is a follow-up appointment for existing clients. It’s an opportunity to check-in with your progress and discuss any additional health concerns. Your treatment plan will be modified according to your personal progress. This can include adjustments to supplement dosages, new nutritional/herbal remedies, and/or fine-tuning of lifestyle recommendations. We may also discuss pathology/functional testing if its indicated.

    Return consults are recommended 2-5 weeks following an initial appointment, depending on your health concern.

  • 60 minutes | $115

    This is an extended follow-up appointment for existing clients. This extra time allows for a more in-depth discussion regarding your complex health issues, to discuss functional/pathology test results together, or to explore new aspects of your well-being.

    Extended return consults are also recommended for existing clients who haven’t attended a consult in over 6 months.

PRESCRIPTIONS

At the end of each consult you will receive a personalised prescription including food as medicine, dietary and lifestyle recommendations. Herbal and nutritional prescriptions come at an additional cost and generally range from $50 to $150.

In developing your treatment plan, we will take into consideration your financial situation, ensuring that the path to recovery and optimal health is both effective and affordable for you.

FUNCTIONAL TESTING

Anjou’s evidence-based approach often incorporates functional testing. Depending on your unique needs, you may be recommended various tests, including:

  • Stool test (gut microbiome mapping and intestinal integrity biomarkers)

  • Vaginal swab (vaginal microbiome mapping)

  • Blood test (e.g. iron studies, vitamin D, B12, liver function, lipid profiling, and thyroid function etc.)

  • Urine test (e.g. UTI screening)

  • Saliva test (e.g. sex hormones, and stress hormones)

Pricing varies according to the type of test and generally ranges between $50 to $500
