Anjou is a Bachelor of Health Science qualified Naturopath who combines traditional and evidence-based knowledge to educate and support her clients through their respective health endeavours. Her treatment plans incorporate food as medicine, nutritional supplements, herbal remedies, and lifestyle strategies.
Her goal is to empower and collaborate with clients so that they can sustain healthy habits that contribute to long-lasting results.

Anjou offers a range of different consult options depending on where you are at in your health journey. Consults typically involve a review of your current health symptoms and concerns. We will also discuss relevant health history, review relevant body systems, your diet, current lifestyle, and any recent pathology results to determine the root cause of your symptoms.

Herbal and nutritional prescriptions come at an additional cost and generally range from $50 to $150.
You may be recommended functional testing to discover the root cause of your disease/dysfunction. The pricing of these tests vary but generally range between $50 to $500.
In developing your treatment plan, we will take into consideration your financial situation, ensuring that the path to recovery and optimal health is both effective and affordable for you.

A return consultation is generally recommended 2-5 weeks following an initial appointment, depending on your health concern. A treatment timeline will be discussed at the end of your consult.
