National Code of Conduct

Moss Naturopathy complies with the obligations of the National Code of Conduct for Healthcare Workers which can be found here. This code was agreed to by the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) Health Council in 2015 and sets out the minimum practice and ethical standards that unregistered health service providers must comply with and informs consumers what they can expect from practitioners.

General Code of Conduct

Moss Naturopathy complies with the code obligations set out in Schedule 2 of the Health Complaints Act 2016 that define the minimum legal standards of conduct that all general health service providers (i.e. health practitioners not regulated by AHPRA) in Victoria must comply with.

Code of Ethics

Anjou is a proud member of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA), a professional membership organisation sets a minimum standard for education (i.e., Bachelor of Health Science) and professional behaviour. A copy of the NHAA Code of Ethics can be found here.

Making Complaints

If you would like to make a complaint about any health service provider in Victoria please contact the Health Complaints Commissioner.
